Qigong is an ancient Chinese art of movement. "Qi" means life energy and "Gong" means care, concern, exercise.
In "Qigong" we learn to care for our life energy and to practice a conscious handling of it.
Practicing Qigong strengthens our concentration, trains our inner timing and brings calmness and serenity into our everyday life.
Qigong is meditation in motion.
In my courses I want to teach how we can use Qigong to achieve a more relaxed relationship with our body and personality, while at the same time practice healthy movement.
In addition, I want to stimulate the creativity of my participants, because once an exercise is internalized, there are no limits to variation. An old wisdom of Daoism says:
